Close the game fully and open it again — a purchase that was still finishing will complete on the next launch. If the tokens are still missing, send us the receipt Apple emailed you and we will put them in by hand.
The 30 days are counted on the device where you bought them. If you deleted and reinstalled the game, or moved to a new phone, the remaining days do not travel with you. Send us the receipt and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with. If you tell us as well, we will not make you wait for Apple before we help.
No. You can play the whole game without signing in. Signing in is what carries your name onto the global leaderboard and keeps your best run if you change device.
In the game: the gear icon, then Settings, then Delete Account. That removes your row and your scores from our server. You can also write to us and we will do it for you — say which nickname to remove.
Write to us with the name you saw and we will take it down. A nickname is the only thing a player can write in this game — there is no chat, no messages, no images and no way for players to contact each other — and a name that breaks the rules is removed from the leaderboard and from the account that set it. You do not need an account to report one.

The game saves your board after every move and puts it back when you open it again. If a run really is gone, tell us roughly when it happened and what your score was.
The game shows ads. Some extra items are offered in exchange for watching one — those are always your choice, and the game is fully playable without watching any. The 30-day pack in the shop turns the ads off for 30 days.
