Effective date: 21 July 2026
Fractured 2048 Super ("the game") is operated by Estate One Company Limited, 奈良市月ヶ瀬桃香野3534-1, Japan ("we", "us"). By playing the game — on 2048super.com or in its iOS or Android apps — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for your own entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, sounds, music systems, and design remain our property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the game without our permission.
Leaderboards only work when scores are honest. You agree not to:
We may remove leaderboard entries we believe are fraudulent, and may restrict or revoke access for players who repeatedly break these rules.
Your nickname and the recorded melodies of your runs can be shown publicly on the leaderboards. They must not be offensive, hateful, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove or rename entries that break this rule, at our discretion. By posting a score you allow us to display your nickname, score, statistics, and run melody to all players as part of the leaderboard.
The apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and Apple's or Google's payment terms and refund policies apply — refund requests must be made through them, as we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account per their rules. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to completed purchases.
The game is a living project by a solo developer. We may update, change, or discontinue features (including leaderboards) at any time, and we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that scores and saved data will never be lost.
In plain language: this is a free-to-play puzzle game, and to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from playing it — such as lost data, lost scores, or lost time. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (through in-app purchases) in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing limits any consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
You can stop playing at any time and can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, particularly the fair-play rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Nara District Court (or the district court for our registered office) has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top always tells you when the terms were last revised.
